Limerick Foundation of New York Inc Refund and Dispute Policy

Limerick Foundation of New York Inc appreciates your donation and support of our mission. Consistent with standard accounting practices for nonprofit organizations and to ensure reliable budgeting, all donations are considered final and non-refundable.

While we consider all donations to be irrevocable gifts, we understand that errors can happen. We may consider a request for a refund only in limited, exceptional circumstances, such as a processing error or a duplicate charge.

How to Request a Refund:

Donors who believe an error has been made may submit a written request for a refund to clublimericknewyork@gmail.com or by mail to Limerick Foundation of New York, PO Box 112, Eastchester, NY 10709

The request must include:

• Full name and contact information (phone, mailing address, email).

• Date and amount of the donation.

• Method of payment.

• A detailed explanation of the basis for the refund request.

Conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original donation date.

• We may ask for proof of identity and the original donation receipt.

• Approved refunds will be returned using the original method of payment within 15 business days of approval.

• Limerick Foundation of New York Inc is not responsible for any tax considerations that may arise if a donation is refunded.

This policy covers donations; separate policies may exist for event registrations or product purchases.
